About the role

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in applicable state or region.
- 5 of experience in pharmacy practice, with a focus on population health management preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on program development and implementation.
