• Design systems that handle concurrency and peak demand gracefully, with clear strategies for testing and validating behavior at scale.
• Enable the product to evolve from degree-centric planning toward more flexible, pathway- and career-oriented experiences — without sacrificing the stability of the systems underneath.
• Ensure quality by designing robust, scalable testing strategies that validate system behavior under the conditions that matter most, including peak load and high-concurrency registration scenarios.

Tech Lead, Plan

• Own the systems that orchestrate and operationalize results from the SAT solver into user-facing experiences — applying, validating, and presenting degree progress outcomes in a way that students and advisors can trust.
• Partner closely with our algorithms lead to ensure seamless integration between compute outputs and product behavior across the full range of edge cases that complex degree requirements introduce.
• Design and implement testing infrastructure specifically built to validate complex and highly variable degree requirements — one of the team's biggest current investments.
• Ensure the system delivers reliable, explainable outcomes across edge cases, with clear guarantees around performance and behavior.
• Drive alignment on engineering-driven priorities alongside product priorities.
• Drive engineering excellence by defining and mentoring on best practices, design patterns, and code quality.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Own the design, evolution, and operation of Stellic's data pipelines from ingestion through transformation, aggregation, and presentation.
• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing data products built on top of the core data architecture, extending the platform's value directly to university partners.
• Build and maintain systems that ensure consistent and reliable data processing at scale, with clear guarantees around correctness and behavior.
• Design data models and pipelines that balance standardization with flexibility to support diverse regional and institutional requirements.
• Ensure systems meet regional and partner-specific data requirements and compliance constraints.
• Identify and drive improvements across the data platform to support new use cases and increased scale. Establish patterns for data correctness, consistency, and maintainability.

Lead Data Infrastructure Engineer

Content Marketing Manager

• Produce a high volume of compelling content across formats — written, video, short-form social, and more — that speaks directly to the challenges facing higher education institutions and the value Stellic delivers.
• Support development of key PMM deliverables including messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and launch materials — translating what Stellic builds into narratives that resonate with buyers and champions.
• Develop messaging and content for demand generation campaigns in close partnership with the broader marketing team, ensuring every asset is sharp, on-brand, and built to convert.
• Build and maintain the assets that help our sales team sell — battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch materials that reflect sharp, up-to-date positioning.
• Create and optimize content for search and answer engine discoverability, helping Stellic show up where buyers are already looking.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to build bots, agents, and automations that help the marketing team move faster and punch above its weight.

Marketing Specialist, Product & Content

Strategy

• Relationship Ownership: Become a trusted advisor/partner to senior leaders, known for expertise and project execution to deploy Stellic as an enabler of student success. Owner of the strategic-level partner relationship — understanding their priorities and translating them into a roadmap of initiatives Stellic can deliver against.
• Strategic Planning: Co-develop multi-year success plans with partner institutions that align Stellic's platform capabilities to their goals, challenges, and overall student success strategy.
• Initiative Leadership: Lead a portfolio of 1–3 concurrent Stellic initiatives per partner. Define scope, success metrics, and executive alignment. Hand off execution to the delivery team while maintaining strategic oversight and accountability for outcomes.
• Partner Communication: Present business reviews, initiative progress, strategy recommendations to key stakeholders that cultivate and retain long-term relationships with senior leaders.
• Value Realization: Establish clear Partner retention and success goals, including high product adoption and high platform utilization, and own delivery of those goals. Ensure NPS is at or trending to our goal of 70. Identify potential opportunities for upsell that increase the impact on the Partner's Stellic strategic plan for student success.
• Renewal & Expansion: Ensure renewals as a result of value delivered. Identify and develop expansion opportunities, both adding FTEs and additional modules, based on execution of the strategic plan and new initiatives.
• Thought Partnership: Be a strategic “voice of the customer” thought-partner for our internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to recognize potential improvements for Stellic’s Product and Partnership experience.
