About the role
- Drive performance marketing efforts for EdTech products.
- Create and optimize campaigns to maximize user acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads source, with a focus on subscription-based products
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) and achieving positive ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C digital products.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
- Experience in using and implementing automation tools and ideas to optimize UA workflows
- Ability to maintain internal documentation: process descriptions, tasks, and technical briefs for internal teams
- B1+ English proficiency
