Creative Producer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and execute social media and communication campaigns in alignment with product, research, and marketing strategies
- Lead brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate creative ideas and concepts
- Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators
- Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback as needed
- Adapt advertising creatives for different platforms and target audiences
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements based on findings
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Research and implement new tools and approaches to optimize the creative process and drive results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance marketing
- Proven experience working with B2C mobile applications
- Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
- Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results
- Experience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns
- Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers
- Copywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous
