About the role
- Analyze creative performance across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Build and maintain dashboards for creative, funnel, and campaign performance
- Identify winning and losing creative patterns
- Support creative testing strategy with data-driven hypotheses
- Work closely with Creative Producers and UA Managers to define insights and draw conclusions
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, win rate)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and deep dives
- Participate in automation and analytics process improvements
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency in reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing / Product / Performance Analyst
- Experience with mobile apps or subscription-based products
- SQL
- Experience in creative analytics or creative strategy support
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Confident use of BI tools (Tableau, Superset, Looker, or similar)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Experience analyzing creative performance in paid acquisition
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
