About the role
- Create high-impact copy for ad creatives across concepts, scripts, hooks, and headlines.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Producers and Motion Designers to move projects from idea to final deliverable.
- Proactively drive creative outputs by gathering inputs, clarifying briefs, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Work with multiple teams to keep messaging aligned.
- Analyze creative performance data to identify what resonates and propose improvement directions.
- Spot creative bottlenecks and refine copy workflows to increase output quality and speed.
- Contribute to building scalable copywriting processes, including templates, guidelines, and automation tools.
- Conduct competitor and market creative analysis to spot trends, messaging patterns, and winning angles.
Requirements
- English C1 Advanced
- Strong mastery of persuasive copywriting for direct-response ads (hooks, headlines, scripts, angles, storytelling)
- Solid understanding of creative performance metrics and the ability to interpret data for copy optimization.
- Advanced research skills, including competitor/market analysis and insight extraction.
- Basic understanding of creative testing frameworks (A/B tests, variable testing, message iteration)
- High ownership and reliability, able to drive tasks forward without micromanagement.
- Strong communication skills for working closely with Creative Producers and Designers.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and readiness to suggest improvements, not just execute tasks.
- Openness to feedback and a collaborative, iterative way of working.
