Project Manager

We are building a new Program Management team at Stellar Virtual, and we're looking for Project Managers who are ready to make a significant impact.
You'll be instrumental in operationalizing the growth and expansion of our national virtual schools, directly shaping Stellar's academic programs through expert project and process management.
Lead strategic initiatives: Drive the operationalization of Stellar Virtual's national school growth and expansion, ensuring scalable and sustainable processes.
Define and optimize processes: Engineer and refine business, operational, and academic processes, creating efficient workflows that directly impact our educational programs.
Manage end-to-end projects: Take ownership of complex projects, from defining scope and objectives to developing detailed schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
Hands-on project execution: Directly manage a diverse portfolio of business, operational, and academic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with academic leads, technology teams, and operational departments to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
