Full-stack Engineer

• Lead technical efforts affecting multiple squads, including architectural choices and cross-team performance work
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive technical direction of the Platform team
• Build out data architecture that informs and drives insights at Stellar
• Build and manage ETLs and infrastructure to make them configurable and automated
• Orchestrate complex workflows that process billions of claims for millions of patients
• Create foundational data models for analytics partners
• Build best-in-class services and infrastructure for platform teams
• Align on product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities with cross-functional teams
• Ensure users are presented with timely and accurate information
• Evolve architecture to improve operational efficiency and support business growth
• Contribute to engineering culture, enforce code and design standards, and review others' work
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture (ingestion, consumption, export)
• Identify system and end-to-end bottlenecks and work with leaders to improve SLOs, data quality, and reduce manual work
