Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of Implementation specialists
Optimize existing workflows and close data gaps
Collaborate with Network Growth, Product, and Provider Performance leadership
Maintain high-energy hybrid team culture while hitting performance targets
Drive strategic scaling of implementation processes
Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Identify and implement improvements in the scaling machine
Define and track departmental KPIs to report impact to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in leading implementation teams
Experience in healthcare or health-tech industries
Strong understanding of clinical operational workflows
Systems thinking ability
Exposure to Value-Based Care models (e.g., ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage) is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Django, Tableau/Looker is a plus
