💰 $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Privacy Program, including policy management, training, and monitoring
- Coordinate conflicts of interest disclosure processes by reviewing, processing, providing guidance on, and escalating disclosures when necessary
- Manage policy processes: reviewing, approving, storing, collecting attestations, and maintaining policies and program documentation
- Assist with corporate compliance training and communication: create training materials, coordinate distribution, and track evidence of delivery and participation
- Monitor incoming communication channels (Slack, email, JIRA Help Center) and triage or escalate questions
- Monitor the better@stellar reporting channels and case management system
- Support corporate compliance audits to ensure effective implementation of the program
- Support legal department: organize and maintain legal documents, finalize and route contracts for signature
- Contribute to investigations, committee facilitation, customer/sales pre/post contracting questionnaires, vendor due diligence, annual risk assessments, and program evaluations with senior leader support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business, healthcare, or other related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance required
- Direct experience with health insurance payors, providers or health systems preferred.
- CHC, CHPC, or other related certification preferred
