About the role
- Grow sales revenue in the assigned territory by: selling new vehicles and accessories
- Selling financing and ancillary products
- Selling mobility solutions and fleet management optimization services
- Targeting businesses with fewer than 50 vehicles
- Define prospecting strategy
- Organize promotional events
- Prospect by handling leads
- Arrange a minimum of 10 client or prospect meetings per month
- Prepare meeting reports for clients
- Retain and develop the customer portfolio
- Lead agents and MRA
- Ensure the satisfaction of professional (business) customers
Requirements
- High school diploma to a 2-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac +2)
- BTS (Higher Technical Certificate) or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong client interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and responsiveness
- Proactive, with initiative
- Ability to close sales
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Results-oriented
- Valid driving license required
