About the role
- Develop sales with SMEs and SMIs in your area
- Prospect, grow and retain a portfolio of professional customers (SMEs/SMIs)
- Identify mobility needs of decision-makers (business owners, operations managers, procurement officers, etc.)
- Sell the full range of new vehicles, financing, services and fleet management solutions
- Maintain a regular, proactive field presence in your territory
- Support customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive and responsive follow-up
- Actively contribute to the local visibility of Stellantis &You Enterprises
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma to a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac+2) in business, negotiation or sales
- Proven experience in B2B sales or in the automotive sector
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and a proactive, go-getter attitude
- Ability to manage a client portfolio and conduct negotiations independently
- Good command of office software and CRM systems
- Rigour, perseverance and a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driving licence (category B) required
