About the role
- Ensure the operational management of the fleet and guarantee vehicle availability
- Organize and supervise maintenance and repair operations
- Monitor and analyze the budget and usage costs
- Manage a team of 2 fleet administrators
- Handle vehicle allocation and return processes
- Ensure the quality and responsiveness of telephone support
Requirements
- Experience in vehicle reception and/or fleet management
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting
- Meticulous, well-organized, and a team player
- Experience working for a car rental company would be an asset
