Account Manager

• End-to-end account management: You independently and proactively manage and develop our existing customers as well as potential high-value new customers from inside sales — remotely via Microsoft Teams, phone and e-mail.
• Growth & cross-selling: You generate profitable growth by accurately identifying customer needs, preparing tailored offers, following up actively and leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiation & lead handling: You conduct price and terms negotiations within our pricing strategy, ensuring stable, partnership-based customer relationships grounded in historical data. In addition, you handle incoming leads and thereby make a direct contribution to sales success.
• Strategic account development: Where significant customer potential is identified, you prepare and implement solid potential analyses and sales plans together with the team lead to exploit these opportunities strategically and purposefully.
• Order management: You take full ownership of order processing and accompany your projects through to successful completion.
• Data & insights: You maintain customer data and market information carefully in our systems and pass on valuable insights cross-functionally to the team.

Procurement

• Procurement & Negotiation: You will lead price and contract negotiations in close coordination with your team lead.
• Contract Drafting & Execution: You will provide commercial input during contract preparation together with the team lead and maintain continuous coordination with suppliers until final contract execution.
• Cost Optimization: You identify and realize cost-saving opportunities by critically analyzing existing terms and delivery agreements and, where necessary, initiating supplier changes.
• Strategy: You autonomously manage a defined set of suppliers and independently develop tailored supplier strategies in close alignment with your team lead.
• Reporting & Data Maintenance: You are responsible for preparing reports and detailed KPI analyses.
• Partner Management: You serve as the primary contact in the business relationship, independently prepare and follow up supplier meetings, and keep all internal stakeholders informed after strategic meetings.
• Process Optimization & Coordination: You actively connect suppliers with internal interfaces, support the continuous improvement of procurement processes, and work closely and cooperatively with other departments.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving & Innovation: You use data purposefully to solve problems, proactively contribute new ideas, and collaborate on cross-departmental process improvements.
