About the role
- Install semiconductor equipment and provide maintenance, training, and troubleshooting services
- Read and interpret technical drawings and computer-generated reports
- Calibrate machine parts and configure software for PLC and Machine GUI
- Test machines and analyze performance to evaluate need for adjustments
- Train customers on operation and maintenance procedures of Mühlbauer machines
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure technical specifications are met
- Provide process engineering support for production as needed
- Complete documentation for service interventions and ensure procedures are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Associate's degree in related fields (equivalent foreign degree accepted)
- Two years of experience with semiconductor equipment
- Experience in installation and maintenance of semiconductor equipment
- Experience with calibrating machine parts (Controller Driver boards, PLC module, assembly modules)
- Experience training technical/engineering personnel on semiconductor equipment
- Experience operating computer-assisted engineering software for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Vision Software
- Willingness to travel to unanticipated worksites (up to 50% in the U.S.) or relocate for long-term projects
