About the role
- Support the Head of Controlling and the Head of Finance with operational and strategic tasks
- Assume functional and disciplinary leadership of sub-areas within the finance departments
- Prepare analyses, reports and decision papers for executive management
- Act as the point of contact for auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
- Support on tax-related issues and national tax returns
- Assist with reclaiming foreign withholding taxes
- Long-term development with the perspective to succeed into commercial/financial leadership
Requirements
- Degree in business administration/economics or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in taxes, controlling or finance
- Ideally experience from a tax firm or an industrial company
- Leadership experience desirable but not required
- Also welcome: former auditors seeking a transition to industry with long-term prospects
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Confident user of SAP and MS Office
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and committed to further development
