About the role

  • Support the Head of Controlling and the Head of Finance with operational and strategic tasks
  • Assume functional and disciplinary leadership of sub-areas within the finance departments
  • Prepare analyses, reports and decision papers for executive management
  • Act as the point of contact for auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
  • Support on tax-related issues and national tax returns
  • Assist with reclaiming foreign withholding taxes
  • Long-term development with the perspective to succeed into commercial/financial leadership

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in taxes, controlling or finance
  • Ideally experience from a tax firm or an industrial company
  • Leadership experience desirable but not required
  • Also welcome: former auditors seeking a transition to industry with long-term prospects
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Confident user of SAP and MS Office
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and committed to further development
