About the role
- Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support requests
- Manage and troubleshoot O365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange
- Utilize PowerShell & similar tools to perform advanced Office 365 admin tasks
- Handle the onboarding/offboarding of employees, reset MFA and configure new hardware
- Provide remote support using platforms like Atera/Splashtop
- Assist users with setting up devices and perform hardware repairs
- Work with third-party vendors to manage external system configurations and licensing
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Information Systems team members and all Stego employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (required)
- 3+ years of Information Systems experience (minimum, required)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting core O365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong PowerShell experience
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS & Android environments, with the ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware
- Basic network administration knowledge, especially in Unifi environments
- Experience with remote support tools
- Experience with PC hardware setup, repair, and component replacement
- Experience with automation tools like Power Automate and AutoHotkey
