About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technically lead software development teams and guide architecture and design decisions.
Design and implement solutions based on microservices architectures and REST APIs.
Define development, integration, security standards and best practices.
Coordinate the integration between systems through enterprise middleware, especially with MuleSoft.
Supervise the technical quality of code through reviews and team support.
Manage the technical relationship with internal areas, clients and external suppliers.
Participate in the planning, estimation and prioritization of technological initiatives.
Identify technical risks and propose timely solutions.
Ensure the efficient use of services in Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Formal academic training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing or related career.
3 to 4 years of experience leading software development teams.
Proven experience as Tech Lead, Software Architect or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.
Knowledge in microservices architecture, API REST design and consumption, integration middleware, MuleSoft, Google Cloud Platform, integration patterns and security best practices, agile methodologies.
Skills in technical leadership, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordination and influencing ability, analytical thinking and problem solving, results orientation.
