About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technically lead software development teams and guide architecture and design decisions.
  • Design and implement solutions based on microservices architectures and REST APIs.
  • Define development, integration, security standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate the integration between systems through enterprise middleware, especially with MuleSoft.
  • Supervise the technical quality of code through reviews and team support.
  • Manage the technical relationship with internal areas, clients and external suppliers.
  • Participate in the planning, estimation and prioritization of technological initiatives.
  • Identify technical risks and propose timely solutions.
  • Ensure the efficient use of services in Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Formal academic training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing or related career.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience leading software development teams.
  • Proven experience as Tech Lead, Software Architect or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge in microservices architecture, API REST design and consumption, integration middleware, MuleSoft, Google Cloud Platform, integration patterns and security best practices, agile methodologies.
  • Skills in technical leadership, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordination and influencing ability, analytical thinking and problem solving, results orientation.
