About the role
- Requirement gathering and analysis (story mapping, user stories).
- Implementation of project strategies from initiation to production deployment of a feature.
- End-to-end (E2E) project execution.
- Development of projections/estimations.
- Preparation of work plans and reports.
- Team coordination.
- Management of risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks (SCRUM).
- Facilitation and adaptation of agile ceremonies based on organizational needs.
- Work management (user stories, tasks, defects, incidents).
- Estimation techniques.
- Project progress metrics.
- Development methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and software implementation.
- Budget management.
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
