About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT projects from conception to completion.
- Define project objectives, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Lead work teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables according to technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English Skills (Mandatory).
- 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Proven knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (desirable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced management of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
