About the role

  • Develop advanced analyses and predictive models to support decision-making
  • Structure and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Create and evolve dashboards and reports with KPIs and OKRs for different business areas
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights
  • Collaborate with BI teams, Data Engineering, and business units
  • Support the definition of metrics and targets, promoting a data-driven culture
  • Build and maintain indicators within the ServiceNow environment

Requirements

  • Solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib) or R
  • Experience creating dashboards and indicators in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with ETL, data integration, and environments such as Data Lake and Data Warehouse
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and strategic vision
  • Clear communication and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience with MLOps, code versioning (Git), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with ESG, churn, revenue cycle, or productivity metrics
  • Participation in digital transformation or corporate analytics projects
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Postgraduate degree or certifications in Data Science, Analytics, or related areas
