About the role

  • Develop and test solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Create and maintain forms, flows, and configurations;
  • Participate in version upgrades and enhancements;
  • Perform manual testing and support quality assurance;

Requirements

  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with at least one module: ITSM, SecOps, CSM, FSM, or similar
  • Knowledge of creating forms and flows
  • Experience with manual testing
  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman/SoapUI)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Participation in ServiceNow platform upgrade projects
