About the role
- Manage direct customers, including distributors and wholesalers
- Monitor the order and delivery portfolio, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators
- Conduct planning and alignment meetings with clients and internal teams
- Perform analysis of customer inventory, supporting order recommendations and supply adjustments
- Continuously interact with partner areas such as Sales, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Centers, DRP, Credit and Collections, and Sales Planning
- Prepare and update operational and management reports
- Maintain active communication via email and corporate collaboration tools
- Quickly adapt to business routines, maintaining a focus on results and delivery quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in related areas such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics
- Experience managing a client portfolio, preferably with distributors and wholesalers
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI for analysis and monitoring of KPIs
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience monitoring operational KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), Delivery Lead Time, Service Level, Days of Inventory, stockouts, returns and refunds
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo/SP
- Agile and adaptable profile with ease working in environments with constant change
