About the role
- Publicize job openings across various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions;
- Screen and review resumes and candidate profiles;
- Conduct behavioral interviews, in-person or remotely;
- Administer tests and group exercises;
- Prepare assessments and provide feedback to candidates;
- Report to hiring managers and clients on the status and progress of open positions;
- Monitor the hiring process for selected professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, Technology, or related fields;
- Experience recruiting and selecting technology profiles (Infrastructure, Networks, Support, Telecom, Developers, among others);
- Preferably from a technology consulting background;
- Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently;
- Agility and organizational skills in delivering results;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
