About the role

  • Coordinate the organization’s daily operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes.

Requirements

  • Reside in Curitiba or surrounding area (hybrid model, with occasional visits to Stefanini or the client).
  • Agile, proactive and solution-oriented profile, with good communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Enjoy working with people and have the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Previous experience coordinating operations or projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
