About the role
- Management of implementation, expansion and scaling projects for Call Center and Service Desk operations.
- Involvement in infrastructure projects and new enterprise solutions.
- Preparation of project scope, schedules, budgets and executive reports.
- Leading kickoff and follow-up meetings with technical teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders.
- Management of project timelines, costs, risks, quality and communications.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or related fields.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Basic knowledge of Call Center solutions (ACD, dialers, IVR, recorders, front-ends, Omnichannel and RPAs).
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Intermediate Spanish (communication).
- Project management certifications.
- Knowledge of PMI methodologies and agile methods.
- Intermediate English (desired).
- MBA in Project Management.
