About the role

  • Lead and manage the data project portfolio (currently 5 projects in progress)
  • Orchestrate jobs and pipelines, ensuring integration between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between business units and external vendors, aligning requirements and priorities
  • Ensure projects meet company needs by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Contribute strategic insight to advance the organization’s data culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data projects and data governance
  • Experience as a Tech Lead, Data Lead, or similar role, with end-to-end pipeline ownership
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, prioritizing deliveries and ensuring strategic alignment
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and business acumen
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo
