Provide direct operational support for ongoing, high-priority action items for the program leadership team.
Produce regular status reports, pivot tables, and data visualizations to demonstrate progress on key initiatives.
Develop and maintain data models to collect, review, and analyze data related to program-level issues and risks.
Analyze workflows and data to identify insights and trends related to EHR implementation challenges.
Create clear, compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) that communicate status and performance to a senior audience.
Assist in the development and documentation of process flows and governance models for managing priority items.
Support collaboration and data sharing between different program teams.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or PMO analyst role.
A foundational understanding of the EHR implementation environment is necessary to provide context for the data being analyzed.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions) and a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent data visualization and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
