- We’re seeking individuals with a good academic background, strong people and organisation skills and a passion for changing the world. From your very first week, you’ll tackle real-world challenges that make a difference in our communities and industries. You will be expected to deliver the full range of consultancy work and develop your consultancy skills through a combination of on-the-job learning as well as a structured development and mentoring programme.

- Throughout your first 18 months with us, you will collaborate with our team of industry experts to address some of the most complex problems in the sectors we operate in. You will experience:
- A tailored programme that provides you with the skills needed for a successful career in consultancy. This is delivered through a blend of formal classroom training, engaging induction sessions, and on the job learning opportunities. Over the 18-month programme, you’ll complete three rotations, working with different teams and on a variety of projects. This approach ensures you develop a wide-ranging consultancy skillset, build strong internal networks, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our business.

Requirements
- Applicants should be educated to degree level (having obtained, or on track to achieve at least 2:1 or equivalent) with all subjects considered, preferably with a quantification or research element included, although this isn’t essential.
