About the role

  • Optimize sales processes and improve pipeline visibility
  • Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency
  • Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing)
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
  • Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility
  • Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking
  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management
  • Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology)
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus
