About the role
- Optimize sales processes and improve pipeline visibility
- Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency
- Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency
- Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing)
- Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility
- Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation
- Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management
- Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology)
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus
