About the role

  • **What You'll Do**
  • **Strategic Leadership**
  • · Define and articulate the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with company strategy and market opportunity
  • · Identify new product opportunities across our three core segments: Regional Health Systems, ASCs, and Medical Groups
  • · Drive product-led growth strategies that accelerate adoption and expand our footprint within existing accounts
  • **Product Execution**
  • · Lead the product management team across our suite of solutions including Luna AI (voice assistant), Steer Notes (clinical documentation), and Fast Track Care (patient access)
  • · Partner closely with Engineering leadership to balance innovation with delivery velocity
  • · Establish and refine product development processes that work across US and India time zones
  • **Market & Customer Insight**
  • · Serve as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing feedback from enterprise health system buyers, end users, and operational stakeholders
  • · Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and feature prioritization
  • · Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
  • · Partner with Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • · Work with Customer Success to build feedback loops and drive product adoption
  • · Support fundraising and board-level conversations with product vision and roadmap clarity

Requirements

  • **What You Bring**
  • · 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • · Deep experience in healthcare technology, particularly in patient engagement, revenue cycle, or clinical operations
  • · Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale
  • · Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth, Series A–C stage companies
  • · Strong understanding of enterprise healthcare sales cycles and buyer personas(CIOs, CMOs, COOs, VP of Operations)
  • · Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
  • · Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with global teams
  • · Bias toward action, intellectual curiosity, and a builder mentality
  • **Bonus Points**
  • · Experience with conversational AI, voice interfaces, or automation platforms
  • · Background working with large health systems or IDNs
  • · Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, interoperability standards)
  • · Previous founder or early employee experience
