About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth handling of client accounts and time-critical requests.
  • Monitor and lead the timely renewal of commercial agreements and contracts to ensure continued customer engagement.
  • Support existing B2B clients by helping resolve customer issues and strengthening relationships.
  • Manage operational sales tasks related to customer accounts and manual platform administration.
  • Maintain sales materials, ensuring they are accurate, up to date and well-organized.
  • Collect, document and maintain an organized overview of sales and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and keep customer information, pipelines and sales records structured and up-to-date.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and detail-oriented - you should enjoy organizing processes, maintaining data quality and helping the team to improve the way it works.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, with both customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to take initiative.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Pipedrive) and comfortable with using various digital tools.
  • Excellent in Estonian and English with strong presentation and communication skills.
