About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engaging with companies interested in Stebby and showing them how we can help them support employee well-being.
  • Engaging with decision-makers and helping them find the best possible solutions for their business needs.
  • Guiding customers through the onboarding process so they feel supported and confident from day one.
  • Delivering demos for both company administrators and employees.
  • Representing Stebby in client meetings and public forums - including public speaking engagements.
  • Managing your activities and sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A professional communicator with proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Critical thinker, analytical, structured and able to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as we continue to develop and grow as a team.
  • Independent, solution-oriented and comfortable working in an environment where you are trusted to take initiative.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable with using various digital tools.
  • Excellent in Estonian and English with strong presentation and communication skills.
