About the role
- Engaging with companies interested in Stebby and showing them how Stebby can help them support employee well-being, ultimately improving their work culture
- Engaging with decision-makers and helping them find the best possible solutions for their business needs
- Guiding customers through the onboarding process so they feel supported and confident from day one
- Delivering demos for both company administrators and employees
- Representing Stebby in client meetings and public forums - including public speaking engagements
- Managing your activities and sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- A professional communicator who is adaptable and can build trust with different types of clients
- Critical thinker, analytical, structured and able to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing
- Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as we continue to develop and grow as a team
- Independent, solution-oriented and comfortable working in an environment where you are trusted to take initiative
- Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable with using various digital tools
- Excellent Estonian, English and Russian language skills with strong presentation and communication skills are required.
