About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

By the end of your internship you will have built more than three new sites — from sourcing suitable properties to opening fully operational stations and acquiring the first customers.
Proactively source and evaluate new locations in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and Baden-Württemberg; negotiate competitive lease agreements with brokers. The primary focus is on NRW.
Manage the conversion of leased properties into modern, tech-enabled testing centers by coordinating relevant stakeholders and ensuring on-time openings.
Provide flexible support on short-term projects and handle operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
Take on a mobile role — you will spend the majority of your internship on-site and traveling, acting as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
Improve our processes by identifying site-specific issues and implementing technology-based solutions in collaboration with headquarters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A true generalist who recognizes and connects interdependencies across different functions.
A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
Currently enrolled or recently graduated — Bachelor’s student (minimum 4th semester) or Master’s.
Fluent German (C2) and a valid driving license (Class B) are required.
You are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves in an operationally demanding environment.
Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus (e.g., hypergrowth startups, VC, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting) — and you consistently deliver high-quality results.
Available for 3–9 months in Berlin/NRW starting Q2/Q3 2026.
