About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients
- Provide competent customer support – by phone and in writing
- Process and administer insurance contracts
- Independently manage and maintain the insurance portfolio
- Prepare and draft quotations for new and replacement business
- Prepare customer appointments and support our sales team
- Communicate and coordinate with insurers and partners
- Assist with the processing and settlement of claims
- Ensure high service quality and reliable customer support
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., office management clerk, bank clerk, legal assistant, or an equivalent qualification
- Interest in business/economics and insurance
- Structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Team-oriented and committed
