About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients
  • Provide competent customer support – by phone and in writing
  • Process and administer insurance contracts
  • Independently manage and maintain the insurance portfolio
  • Prepare and draft quotations for new and replacement business
  • Prepare customer appointments and support our sales team
  • Communicate and coordinate with insurers and partners
  • Assist with the processing and settlement of claims
  • Ensure high service quality and reliable customer support

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., office management clerk, bank clerk, legal assistant, or an equivalent qualification
  • Interest in business/economics and insurance
  • Structured and reliable working style
