About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap for Content end to end and with full autonomy, defining the domain's vision and keeping it aligned with business goals.
- Lead high-impact initiatives through continuous discovery — customer interviews, opportunity mapping, rapid validation — always putting the customer at the center of the decision.
- Identify and pilot opportunities to apply AI/LLM technology to content — enrichment, personalization, GEO — and turn them into shipped initiatives, not just experiments.
- Partner with SEO, GEO and Search Engine teams to ensure content supports visibility and ranking, and with Engineering, UX and Product Content to raise content quality and user experience.
- Improve tooling and workflows to automate enrichment and ensure scalable, structured content management.
- Use product and business metrics to evaluate content impact, and make the trade-off calls needed to prioritize.
- Proactively surface and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies before they slow the roadmap down.
- Align content structure and exposure strategy with key stakeholders, with whom communication shall be transparent and constant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing software company, developing products with high volume of traffic.
- A strong product mindset: you turn ambiguous problems into structured, outcome-driven initiatives, and you're comfortable owning decisions end to end rather than waiting for direction.
- Real experience running continuous discovery — not just talking to users occasionally, but systematically turning insight into a validated, prioritized roadmap.
- Data-driven by default: fluent with the core KPIs of a business, comfortable designing and reading experiments, and quick to use numbers rather than opinions to make a call.
- Hands-on experience having shipped a product initiative that uses AI or LLM technology (e.g., content generation, enrichment, personalization, GEO, recommendation) — not just familiarity with the trend.
- Excellent stakeholder management: you build trust and alignment across Engineering, Data and business teams, and can influence outcomes without formal authority.
- Sharp at managing trade-offs: able to make difficult prioritization calls and unblock cross-team dependencies without losing momentum on the roadmap.
- An innovative, curious mind — genuinely enjoys challenging the status quo and prototyping unconventional solutions rather than defaulting to what already exists.
- An experimental mindset: thrives in ambiguity and iterates through hypotheses instead of waiting for full certainty before moving.
- Excellent with process and Agile methodologies, and fluent with product development and analytics tooling.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
