About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead acquisition strategy across all channels to meet business goals
  • Oversee an 8-figure acquisition budget across 40 markets, making high-stakes decisions on channel mix and ROI
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical mindset and leading by example
  • Identify and scale new channels and partnerships, from affiliation to paid social
  • Improve travel metasearch tools and maintain key relationships with Google, Trivago, and other metasearch platforms
  • Oversee data analysis, set performance standards, and turn insights into action
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams to optimize campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify creative new growth levers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in digital marketing
  • 4+ years leading high-performance teams in B2C environments
  • Proven track record of delivering double-digit growth
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic
  • Exceptional data skills and a rigorous approach to data-driven decision making
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments
