Growth Marketing Lead
StayforlongLead Acquisition for high-scaling travel platform at Stayforlong. Managing growth strategy and leading a team for ambitious international growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead acquisition strategy across all channels.
- Oversee an 8-figure acquisition budget across 40 markets.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 specialists.
- Identify and scale new channels and partnerships.
- Improve travel metasearch tools and maintain key relationships.
- Oversee data analysis and set performance standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in digital marketing.
- 4+ years leading high-performance teams in B2C environments.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic.
- Experience with metasearch engines (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago) a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
