About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead acquisition strategy across all channels.
  • Oversee an 8-figure acquisition budget across 40 markets.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 specialists.
  • Identify and scale new channels and partnerships.
  • Improve travel metasearch tools and maintain key relationships.
  • Oversee data analysis and set performance standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in digital marketing.
  • 4+ years leading high-performance teams in B2C environments.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic.
  • Experience with metasearch engines (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago) a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
