About the role
- Run bi-weekly payroll and manage HR systems (Google Workspace, iSolve, Lattice, Deel)
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding with our PEO (Aspen) and EOR (Deel)
- Own I-9 processing, laptop distribution, and system setup for new hires
- Support external recruiting partners with admin, scheduling, and tracking
- Assist with compensation and merit cycles and salary/equity benchmarking
- Support leveling frameworks and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Run company-wide programs: performance reviews, engagement surveys, benefits open enrollment
- Plan All Hands meetings
- Lead special projects such as potential PEO transitions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR/people operations experience
- Strong operational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with payroll, HRIS tools, or PEO/EOR environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, scaling environments
