About the role

  • Run bi-weekly payroll and manage HR systems (Google Workspace, iSolve, Lattice, Deel)
  • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding with our PEO (Aspen) and EOR (Deel)
  • Own I-9 processing, laptop distribution, and system setup for new hires
  • Support external recruiting partners with admin, scheduling, and tracking
  • Assist with compensation and merit cycles and salary/equity benchmarking
  • Support leveling frameworks and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Run company-wide programs: performance reviews, engagement surveys, benefits open enrollment
  • Plan All Hands meetings
  • Lead special projects such as potential PEO transitions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR/people operations experience
  • Strong operational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll, HRIS tools, or PEO/EOR environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, scaling environments
