About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Contact applicants and conduct telephone screening interviews to assess suitability
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment updates
  • Prepare offer documentation and assist with onboarding successful candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems and Excel trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication
  • Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality hiring standards
  • Assist with other recruitment-related administrative tasks as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident speaking with candidates over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection
