About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact candidates by phone and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records across recruitment systems and Excel trackers.
- Support onboarding and new starter administration.
- Manage Outlook inboxes, calendars, and interview scheduling.
- Capture and maintain recruitment data with a high level of accuracy.
- Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a fast-paced office, recruitment, or administrative environment.
- Confident in making outbound phone calls and building rapport with candidates.
- Able to stay organised while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new systems and following recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems to keep information organised.
- Good problem-solving skills with the confidence to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and your own computer or laptop.
