About the role

  • Demonstrate market leading products to potential clients both onsite at client premises and online
  • Develop an unrivalled knowledge of products and their application to sport, and support clients on trial periods
  • Provide client onboarding, onsite support, and training
  • Manage your schedule of online/onsite demonstrations
  • Compile, share and file all necessary online/onsite demo reports
  • Provide technical advice to sales team during all stages of the sales cycle
  • Build a network of contacts and regularly share and update relevant content
  • Work alongside to ensure accessibility to recent marketing content
  • Identify conferences and events for attendance and deliver presentations
  • Provide feedback and requests to the R&D teams
  • Manage the flow of demo kits and contracts with prospective clients
  • Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement

Requirements

  • Qualified with a degree in a Sports and Exercise Sciences degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with a GPS Performance Tracking system within an elite environment
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time
  • Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations
  • Highly organised with ability to manage a large workload
  • Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience and building lasting relationships.
  • Coaching background/experience working in High Performance Sports (Desirable)
  • Ability to write and speak fluent Japanese (Desirable)
  • Sales experience with Sports Technology (Desirable)
