• Engage with new and existing leads through CRM tools like Salesforce to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Educate potential customers about the STATSports platform and its impact on athletic performance
• Collaborate with the commercial team to nurture and pass on qualified leads to close
• Foster a culture of high performance and accountability
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity
• Work with global peers to refine processes and evolve the SDR role
