Business Development Executive

Sales

• Reporting directly to the Head of Pre Sales, be responsible for online and onsite demonstrations delegated to you.
• Manage your schedule of online/onsite demonstrations week to week and complete all necessary reports for the Head of Pre Sales.
• Work with Business Development team in controlling the pipeline, the budget, timings, duration, reports, communication etc for your prospective clients.
• Compile, share and file all necessary online/onsite demo reports for future reference or in order to furnish Business Development team with necessary information.
• Provide technical advice to sales team during all stages of the sales cycle.
• Build a network of contacts and regularly share and update new and relevant STATSports content with them quarterly.
• Work alongside the Head of Pre Sales to ensure that the Business Development team have access to all the most recent and up to date marketing content.
• Work closely with Head of Pre Sales to identify all relevant conferences and events are being attended, deliver conference presentations on occasion.
• Working alongside the Research and Development teams to provide client feedback and requests.
• Support your BD colleagues in identifying markets for sales activity and enhancing and developing strategies of how to penetrate sports and clubs within those markets.
• Manage the flow of demo kits and contracts with your prospective clients.

Pre-Sales Sports Scientist

Support Engineer

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for software-related queries, resolving complex full-stack and mobile application issues from initial investigation through to resolution
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with USB-connected hardware, including device detection failures, driver conflicts, power delivery issues, firmware compatibility, and data transfer errors across Windows and macOS
• Supporting end-to-end USB workflows such as device provisioning, firmware updates, secure data extraction, and troubleshooting physical connection faults (cables, ports, hubs, docking stations)
• Providing support for network-connected devices, including configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, IP/DHCP issues, firewall restrictions, and Wi-Fi/Ethernet performance problems
• Diagnosing data transmission and synchronisation issues between devices and cloud or on-prem systems, using logs, packet-level reasoning, and network diagnostic tools
• Becoming a product champion, developing deep expertise in our product suite and identifying opportunities to improve reliability, usability, and customer experience
• Assisting with release management, including preparation, documentation, and deployment of software updates and patches to our global customer base
• Contributing to the evolution of Technical Support processes, participating in RCPS sessions to prevent recurring issues and improving long-term product quality

Technical Support Engineer

Operations

• Maintain accurate and real-time stock levels across all warehouse and fulfilment locations (UK, USA and 3rd Party Locations).
• Ensure all stock transactions (goods in/out, transfers, adjustments, assemblies) are properly recorded, validated, and auditable.
• Carry out daily and weekly reconciliation of key SKUs, identifying variances and working to resolve root causes.
• Review and authorise all inventory movements within ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards showing stock levels, variances, and movements by SKU, location, and category.
• Partner with Finance to support monthly and year-end stock valuations and audits.
