About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in a strategy, startup, consulting-related role, or corporate development (internships and working-student roles count)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on data analysis and draw clear conclusions and recommendations
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics is a plus, including the ability to critically review analyses and optimize them together with specialist teams
  • Interest in and understanding of market and competitive trends
  • Excellent observational skills with outstanding organizational and communication abilities
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement processes
  • High level of initiative, commitment to quality results, and a structured, energetic working style
  • Excellent English and German language skills
