About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquiring new business and further developing our B2B client base in the Public/Government Sector for India market.
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities from a variety of business product categories.
  • Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets.
  • Draft, conceptualize and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our team.
  • Establishing and maintaining a high sales call volume with Director, Vice President and C-Level executives.
  • Work beside the Customer Success Managers by providing insights, hands-on training, and facilitating new best practices for sales.
  • Meet prospective clients for presentations and actively seek speaking opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the public/government sector preferably selling market intelligence products & services or other SaaS online solutions.
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales and acquiring new business.
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Competitive, high-energy, and love of winning.
  • Willing to undertake business trips.
  • Proficiency in effective communication and presentation abilities.
