- Develop and drive the execution of strategic priorities and financial budgets
- Deliver highly valued solutions to clients
- Work closely with other senior managers to execute business unit strategy
- Ensure State Street delivers a world class product
- Develop strategic relationships with key client contacts
- Dynamically foster a culture encouraging innovation and collaboration
- Represent State Street in key industry forums relating to securities financing

- Develop and socializes thought leadership and brand awareness
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of Financial Services experience
- Extensive Securities Lending background preferred
- MBA, CFA, or similar strongly preferred
- Experience leading a high performing, global team
- Experience running a securities financing franchise at scale
- Significant ownership of tier-1 beneficial owner relationships
