About the role
- Partner with IAM Operations to document and assess current centrally delivered services.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to document and assess decentralised access processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to increase shared capacity.
- Evaluate and implement automation tooling with Operations as co‑owners.
- Co‑design the future location strategy, resourcing model, and organisation structure.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformations in partnership with existing stakeholders.
- Strong background in process mapping, operating model design, and automation strategy.
- Experience working with modern IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) and associated automation toolchains.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence without disrupting established structures.
- Strong communication and change‑leadership capabilities.
