About the role

  • Coordinate and produce high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Host kickoff calls with Sales and subject matter experts to discuss the scope and background of new RFPs
  • Gain knowledge of assigned asset class/es to populate questionnaires with appropriate responses
  • Work with subject matter expert teams across the firm to create / review / edit bespoke responses for non-standard questions
  • Proofread RFP / RFI / DDQ drafts to ensure compelling message
  • Organize final documents for submission to the client/prospect

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ experience in asset management and/or RFP writing
  • Capability to produce high-quality and/or final work product and solutions in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Understanding of the asset management business, basic financial concepts, and regulations as well as knowledge of various asset classes (e.g., equity and fixed income), different investment products, and market segments
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, problem solving, research, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
  • Graduate or above, preferably a graduate with specialization in finance
