About the role

  • Deliver and exceed annual sales and revenue targets for North America by developing and executing robust regional sales strategies, and holding the team accountable for results
  • Drive revenue growth, meet or surpass sales targets, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region
  • Lead and inspire a North America-based sales team focused on new business development, including researching opportunities, initiating discussions, building relationships, managing the sales process, and closing deals
  • Cultivate new senior-level relationships at target firms within North America, introducing the company’s value proposition and generating new business opportunities
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to close, including lead generation, client meetings, prospect qualification, and RFP completion
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, relationship management, operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with corporate and regional goals
  • Monitor and communicate competitor activity within North America, identifying strengths and weaknesses relative to our offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • 12+ years of successful sales experience, including 5+ years in senior management, strategy, and stakeholder influence within North America
  • Deep financial services background; experience in Asset Servicing or related fields is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in delivering regional sales targets and competing aggressively for new and existing clients
  • Experience building, developing, and engaging high-performing regional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence colleagues and virtual teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America
