About the role
- Deliver and exceed annual sales and revenue targets for North America by developing and executing robust regional sales strategies, and holding the team accountable for results
- Drive revenue growth, meet or surpass sales targets, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region
- Lead and inspire a North America-based sales team focused on new business development, including researching opportunities, initiating discussions, building relationships, managing the sales process, and closing deals
- Cultivate new senior-level relationships at target firms within North America, introducing the company’s value proposition and generating new business opportunities
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to close, including lead generation, client meetings, prospect qualification, and RFP completion
- Collaborate with product, marketing, relationship management, operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with corporate and regional goals
- Monitor and communicate competitor activity within North America, identifying strengths and weaknesses relative to our offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
- 12+ years of successful sales experience, including 5+ years in senior management, strategy, and stakeholder influence within North America
- Deep financial services background; experience in Asset Servicing or related fields is a plus
- Demonstrated success in delivering regional sales targets and competing aggressively for new and existing clients
- Experience building, developing, and engaging high-performing regional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence colleagues and virtual teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America
